The match kicks off
1' Papua New Guinea go on the attack immediately through Zeen Limbai down the right but she runs the ball out of play
3' Tonga goalkeeper and captain Lupe Likiliki has to leave her line twice in quick succession to clear through balls
5' Piungi Feke swivels on the right-hand side for Tonga and crosses but can't find a team mate
5' Likiliki has an uncomfortable moment when she comes out to smother at the feet off Sandra Birum but fails to gather. The ball eventually heads out for a goal kick
9' Kiana Mu'amoholeva has a great chance to open the scoring through Tonga but she goes one on one with goalkeeper Linda Bunaga but can't take advantage and is crowded out by the scrambling Papua New Guinea defence
11' Mu'amoholeva is looking dangerous and runs onto a through ball inside the box but Bunaga challenges her and the ball goes out
14' Likiliki again has to leave her line to sweep up
17' A deep corner from Feke reaches Tonga defender Laite Si'i Manu but she doesn't make a strong connects with her volley and the follow up is bundled out for another corner
