PNGFA Technical Director vacancy

Papua New Guinea Football Association (PNGFA) is seeking to appoint a new Technical Director to promote and develop football throughout the country.

With an immediate start required, the candidate will have the ability to work well within a team and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to manage various stakeholder groups.

Experience in management and coaching is essential as the new Technical Director will be responsible for implementing the national technical development strategy from the youth level right through to elite football.

Coaching licences and qualifications must be recognised by OFC or other Confederations/Member Associations (such as the AFC or FA Coaching Scheme).

The successful applicant will take on a leadership role in the area of grassroots, women's football, futsal/beach soccer, coach education and elite player development.

This exciting role will be based at the PNGFA Academy in Lae with accommodation included. It is important to note that this position is subject to an interim performance review.
