Vanuatu club champions Amicale will host the 1st leg of the final on Saturday 2 April at PVL Stadium in Port Vila, while Auckland’s home ground of Kiwitea St will be the venue for the 2nd leg on Sunday 17 April.
Amicale finished at the top of Group A, just a point ahead of Koloale and two in front of Lautoka. The winning margin wasn’t quite so tight in Group B where Auckland ended up six points better off than nearest rivals Waitakere United.
The 2011 O-League champion will secure the US$500,000 play-off spot at the FIFA Club World Cup, scheduled to take place in Japan from December 8 to 18.
