Mungkas FC face Uni Inter in the opening match at the Bisini Soccer Grounds this Saturday for.
Mungkas FC who played three games last season and are currently sitting in the second spot on the ladder and will be in full force for the first spot. However, Uni Inter sitting 3rd on the ladder is tipped to beat Mungkas but it all depends on the ball work of the women in charge of the frontline. The women’s NSL games will kick off at 9 am to be followed by the second game starting at 11am.
In the second match, Vats Yamaros is the tip for the game. They are currently sitting on the top of the ladder after round 1 with seven points will have to work hard to maintain their position. Hekari will have to play a better co-coordinated team game to earn the 3 points.
Lae will see the 2nd round of games with Bara, currently sitting on second spot battling against Wau Soccer Association in the opening match. Wau can cause upsets but fitness has always slowed them down and will have to work hard to make a change. Bara will move up to join Poro on 9 points if they defeat Wau this weekend. In the second match, PNG Power who is running forth after Bara will fix up their midfield and front line in order to bring down Poro FC. Tips for Saturday in Lae, Bara to beat Wau and Poro will defeat PNG Power.
The OX PALM Women’s NSL Coordinator, Mr. Simon Koima is calling on all clubs to submit their master team list. Those clubs with incomplete payment of registration fees are also expected to pay up by this Friday. Failure to meet the deadlines will lead to clubs being disciplined and fined.
