It is only 22 more days until PNG face the Bonitos in what would be a test of the nation’s credibility as a genuine contender in Pacific soccer.
After doing well against Tahiti in the first home and away, Serritslev said the new players have adapted well to their playing style.

“PNG want to live up to their name — their legacy. The 24 players who are coming for the training camp are betting on confidence and teamwork, even though they know that the odds are against them.”
The side will be bolstered with the presence of 8 overseas-based players: Nigel Dabinyaba, Roland Bala, Alwin Komolong, David Browne, Aaron Spain, George Slefendorfas, Jamie Woodlock and Michael Foster.
